Sign up Browser Specifications: In order to sign up you will need a browser with 128 bit encryption. CCBill will not accept any older browser with a lower encryption. Resolving Password Problems: Before you report a non-working password, please be sure that you entered it correctly. Our system is case sensitive, so you have make sure you have entered your username and password as you entered them upon subscription. If you use a common login name, there's a good chance that the login will be disabled due to hacker attacks. If you want us to change your login and prevent this from happening, please send us your old and new login name.

Please make sure you have cookies enabled. If your browser is set to not accept cookies then you will not be able to log in. Look under your browser options to change your settings to accept cookies.

Please have Java enabled. Having it disabled may cause problems with our member area.

Hackers: Our site monitors IP addresses that input random usernames and passwords. If we have logged your IP as abusive try back in a while or disconnect and reconnect so that your IP changes. Refrain from hacking our site. If you'd like to view our magazine please register.

No Spidering or Crawling: Do not share your password with anyone else. Spidering and crawling is forbidden as it slows down the viewing speed of other members. We have implemented features that will lock out your ip and login. Please disable anonymizing software or do not come from anonymizing urls. They might be considered hostile by the server's security.

Avoid using Proxy Servers: Proxy Servers bring up outdated content and they can create problems with usernames and passwords. To disable them click on internet options (control panel), connections, lan settings and there disable any checked feature. Please restart your computer after you have made these changes. For Netescape users you might also have to check Netscape's options to disable the proxies. Internet Explorer Automatic Password Feature Problems - Please disable the automatic password filling feature in your browser if you're experiencing problems.
